I went here earlier in the year for my birthday. I was very excited because I'm on a low income but I really wanted to do something special for myself for my birthday so I saved up for months to do this. I read all the reviews and was pretty impressed. The staff are very friendly and kind. However, this is not the kind of head spa I wanted. I did not feel relaxed as I had to keep lifting my head off the spa table just in order for them to get under my head to massage. The whole concept is the water should run around the head and the client lies comfortably. They also made me blow dry my own hair which felt very odd and awkward. There are better head spa places around Sydney that I would go to.

Joanne was exceptional! This is one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. I got the head and shoulders package and it left me feeling so much lighter. My hair feels soft and nourished. I will be back!!

Head spa was amazing! So relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are really nice and gentle with the hair and scalp process. The masssge helped to loosen my neck and back muscles. The atmosphere is so peaceful. Will definitely come back!

Got a head and neck package for my birthday and it was the best gift ever. The staff were super friendly and used a generous amount of products. My partner has tight neck and shoulders and even he mentioned the tightness is gone. We both feel like a new person. My hair and scalp feels so healthy. 10000000% coming back regularly

Please don’t waste your money and go and treat yourself to a decent massage. I had the Head and Shoulders massage, the shoulder massage was very average not too relaxing. I was really excited for the head massage but it lasted all of 1 minute and was terrible. It essentially is a drawn out hair wash and then at the end you get led to a room where you have to blow dry your own hair, the hairdryer was filthy and someone’s hair in the brush, so I left with wet hair. Save your pennies for a wash and blow dry at the hairdressers as the massage you get will last longer and at least you get a blow dry at the end of it!
