Could t not ask for a better experience. Su goes the extra mile for this experience, and has great attention to detail to make sure the experience is wonderful. The head spa is the most indulgent and relaxing experience. The spa is beautiful. And I’ve gotten a delicious treat at the end of each experience, which is just the most perfect way to finish the experience. I’ve been twice, once for the 2 hour experience and once for the 1 hour experience - both spectacular. I’ll definitely be going back.

This is honestly one of the best head spas I’ve had. I’ve been to a few in Sydney and Melbourne. I did the 90minute head spa and I was about to fall asleep towards the end! The pressure of the massage was just right as a lot of places don’t apply enough pressure. Sue is very attentive and gentle. The hand massage and warm compress were nice little touches. Unlike other head spa, Sue doesn’t book clients one after another so you can take your time to enjoy her platter of fruits and crackers. Excited to have found a place where I call my safe haven

Amazing and seamless experience! Owner welcomes you with a bright smile, handles and explains everything with care. She really takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable, you can tell she just wants all her clients to feel relaxed and have a good time She also finishes off with a beautiful snack which I had a delectable mini cheese board with tea Thank you again, will definitely be back again ❤️

Been thinking of doing a head spa for a while. Found Urban Head Spa. Amazing service by Su. Massage was on point and my hair after the spa was so soft. She even prepared a snack for me after the spa. I booked the 2 hour head spa and I think I slept through the 2 hours! I’ll be back

I recently visited Urban Head Spa, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to. The service was top-notch, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend Urban Head Spa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape and a truly therapeutic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
