My partner and I were just walking back from the Cleveland market last Sunday when we saw the Japanese Head Spa and facial offers on the front shop of Bayswater Spa. I always wanted to try Japanese Head Spa so I quickly Googled reviews on Bayswater Spa and they were all fantastic reviews. Needless to say the reviews did not lie. Angela looked after me. She was very kind and her hands were magic. I love massages and I can tell a good massage to a bad massage. Angela head, neck and shoulder massage was divine so much that I had goosebumps everywhere. And that doesnt happen too often. After the one hour treatment I was completely relaxed for the rest of the day. I highly recommend the Head Spa and facial treatment. I will definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing! Relaxing, peaceful and just what I needed after a long week at work. I had the Japanese head spa and facial and it was everything I hoped for and more. Highly recommend and I’ll absolutely be coming back for more treatments. Thank you Angela for making my Friday night amazing! ☺️☺️

This is quite a new business so do not want to be negative however there is a lot of room for improvent as far as set up goes. Water draining to buckets is offputting and noisy, not relaxing. Rooms are not set up for purpose. Facial techniques are not at the level they should be in comparison to other salons i have previously been to. Staff are lovely and perhaps over time their skills will improve.
