We visited Lan Spa to celebrate my sister’s birthday and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was so warm and kind, and they all took the time to wish her a happy birthday which made it feel extra special. We both had the Deluxe Head Spa and it was absolute bliss. Our therapists, Wiviany and Kadisha, were top tier – so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Their massage skills were incredible and they checked in every step of the way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The thoughtfulness of the team really stood out when they surprised my sister with a little cake and candle to celebrate her birthday – such a beautiful touch that made the day unforgettable. Lan Spa is a true gem in Surfers Paradise – professional, relaxing, and full of heart. Highly recommend!

I had the 2hr Lan luxe retreat head spa and massage and it was absolutely incredible! Felt so relaxed afterwards. My hair feels so soft and hydrated now. I will definitely be back! Thank you

Where should I begin? Initially, my communication with them was conducted over the phone. It seemed that the receptionist, or perhaps another staff member who answered the call, was either new or experiencing some difficulty, as we encountered challenges in understanding each other, which unfortunately led to some frustration. Fortunately, a staff member named Angelica was able to resolve the issue. Regarding the massage itself, our therapists today were truly exceptional. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were a pleasure to converse with. However, we had opted and paid extra for the 'firm' massage package, yet the massage I received was quite gentle, requiring me to request multiple times for the therapist to apply more pressure. My partner, who had the same package and was in the same room, mentioned that his massage began with a firm touch but later became less intense. Furthermore, it seemed his therapist finished considerably earlier than mine, despite us starting at the same time. Prior to the massage, we were asked to complete a form indicating areas of focus, but my partner felt this was not taken into consideration. In conclusion, while the experience was relaxing, I would suggest seeking a massage elsewhere if a more effective massage is desired. I had a more positive experience at a less expensive establishment previously.
