Had the ultimate relaxation journey today. Was my first time experiencing a head spa and I loved it! Very relaxing. I could have fallen asleep but it was interesting noticing how sore my muscles were in particular parts of my face - never even realised I held tension there. My hair and scalp also feels so clean and soft. Definitely recommend!

I was so excited to get this experience, it looks so nice and relaxing on their social media. However I left very disappointed. The massage was very painful and I kept on asking for much lighter pressure. But the girl kept forgetting after 30 seconds. My scalp hurts and it was not pleasant At All... To be honest I couldn't wait to get out of there

Booking online was easy and directions/instructions to locate was simple to follow. This was my first head spa and they have set the bar high! I had the most relaxing and comfortable experience, if I had more time in Brisbane I would be booking in again before I go. Yuki is at the top of my list when I am back. My hair feels amazingly soft and so clean. Highly recommend. Thank you so much! Cannot wait for my next visit.

I had a head spa treatment here and it was amazing, especially in the heat of the summer! The place was comfortable and clean, easy to access too (make sure you press number 7 on the buzzer when you arrive at the front of the building). My therapist, Nana, was lovely and friendly. She gave me a really nice scalp massage and afterwards my hair felt sooo soft and my scalp felt so refreshed. Definitely a good way to treat yourself, and I will happily come back again! :))

I left feeling ripped off and unsatisfied - This headspa experience is not worth the price tag. I was going to be late due to work and called in advance to apologise and reschedule for another day. They insisted it was okay to come in late as it was the last appointment of the day. My appointment was cut short by 20 minutes without any discussion and the last ten minutes was spent on a blow dry - considering the experience cost $220, I left feeling ripped off. I get massages often and this experience was underwhelming and overpriced. There are better Headspas around.
