I cannot recommend enough! I was having the hardest time in my first trimester and had booked in my appointment before falling pregnant. I had been so unwell and this gave me the only relaxing moment out of that whole 8 weeks I was unwell. The staff were so friendly with such a gentle presence from the moment I stepped inside, and the service itself was incredible. I had purchased the unwind package and for that nearly 3 hours, I had never experienced true relaxation like that ever before. I have since bought my mum and mother-in-law gift certificates, and booked myself in again because I haven't been able to stop raving on about how good Soak Haus is!

My head spa experience with Mary was absolutely amazing. I had the sensory experience as well . The soothing sounds, gentle aromas, and Mary’s calming energy created such a relaxing atmosphere. The head massage itself was incredible—she has such an intuitive touch, working away tension while making me feel deeply cared for. The combination of warm water, scalp treatments, and massage left me feeling refreshed, light, and completely renewed. It was more than just a treatment—it was pure bliss. I can’t wait to come back!

I received a gift voucher for my birthday and I am so glad I did. I enjoyed watching the head spa videos on instagram as I found them relaxing...but wow. Everyone needs to treat themselves to this place. The head spa was the most amazing and relaxing treatment I have ever had. I booked in advance but put myself on the waiting list. Luckily something came up last minute and I got it done a lot sooner. I had Hong as my therapist and she was incredible. I can't wait to come back! Thank you

30/4/25: I’ve come back to write another review because I had theee most next level experience today at Soakhaus. I came back but this time I tried the new lymphatic drainage/contour facial massage — and wow, it was unbelievable. Not only was it insanely relaxing, but I left with my face visibly more sculpted and refreshed. It’s the kind of treatment where you see and feel the difference immediately. I honestly felt like it was an out of body experience and it made me super emotional (in a good way)!! Thank you Monique, you have the most magical skills and an amazing presence! ♥️ Original review: Just came out of my appointment with Naomi and came straight here to write a review. Honestly the most peaceful, tranquil experience. Naomi was so lovely and gives an amazing massage with just the right amount of pressure. My hair feels so soft, clean and moisturised.
