From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a serene, calming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most luxurious treatments I’ve ever experienced. The head spa was nothing short of magical—expert hands worked through my scalp with gentle precision, together with the massage chair literally melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. Congrats Taylor and Renae on a beautifully curated space, the wonderful staff (Maddie is just delightful) and the amazing treatments and drinks menu, you’ve both created a deeply relaxing experience. Every detail, from the ambiance to the personalised care, was perfection. If you’re looking for an indulgent way to reset both your body and mind, this head spa is a must-visit. I will be back soon!

JUST WOW. Best 50th bday gift ever. I was pampered and spoilt from the minute I walked in. Delicious boji water. Amazing and relaxing head massage conditioner before entering the treatment room. The massage lounge was sooooo good words can’t explain the experience. The head spa was remarkable and so too was the arm massage. I just didn’t want the treatment to end. Simply LOVE and I will definately return. Thankyou to Di. She was professional experienced and the blow wave bow dry was European standard. Thankyou heaps definitely worth the price.

What an incredible experience from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. The aesthetic is like none other. I walked in feeling embarrassed because my hair is always washed and put in a bun but at no stage did I feel uncomfortable. The treatment was amazing, so relaxing and calm. They even blow dry your hair and straighten at the end so you walk out occasion ready. Josie was my therapist, she was so kind and the blow dry was amazing. She took such care the whole way through with every detail done to perfection. 10/10 would recommend, I will 100% requesting a voucher for every birthday and Christmas from now on.

I had an amazing experience at the Head Spa with Bronte!! I felt so relaxed and had to try hard to stay awake. Bronte was very gentle, it was like she wasn’t even there. Loved everything and the massaging bed was a bonus, followed by a new style and a prosecco!! Best Friday afternoon treat x

Had the signature treatment. I love a scalp massage this was way more than that. My hair and scalp feel amazing and the blow dry with curls as part of the treatment what more could you ask for. On top of this, the gorgeous Josie was incredible. Will definitely be back to treat myself again and will definitely treat family and friends. What a great gift idea!
