It was nice, but I guess I was expecting more of a longer finger massage on head and around scalp, when in fact it’s just a fraction of the total massage. Although some might rave about the “waterfall” bit (which is basically just a shower of water left running over your hair), I felt it was just a time-waster. I would have happily paid $70 max for the service I got, but at almost $200 for an hour, it’s way too steep, so won’t be returning. It wasn’t a bad experience - just not worth the $$$.

Very welcoming professional and skilled staff. The environment is stunning, is very luxurious and feels calming. The equipment is state of the art the amenities such as the self styling station is fabulous. I have already been back for a second appointment. Both were different and excellent experiences. I was blissed out. The condition of my hair definitely improved. It’s definitely a special gift for anyone.

A special experience that involves hair care and massage. The Japanese style design and dim lighting makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The massage and wash techniques are beautifully done - products smell amazing. I left with my hair feeling like silk and overall calmness. Such a lovely experience! the space is beautiful and I left feeling so relaxed. Priscilla was fantastic and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend.
