I got a voucher for Christmas and have been looking forward to this experience for months now. Located in Salon Lane (Surry Hills), you check in with the main Reception by telling them which business you are there to see (Tokyo Headspa). There is a waiting area with water, tea, coffee, and your therapist/s will come to meet you, show you to the bathroom, take you to the therapy room. Chika was so sweet and kind, an amazing therapist. She explained everything meticulously, made me feel comfortable and welcome, and the spa experience was heavenly. Pressure was incredible, products were beautiful, and I was so relaxed, I dropped off for micro-sleeps! Music was at the perfect level, low light was lovely, and my hair was so soft, my scalp was so clean afterwards. Thank you so much, Chika! 🙂

As this was a first time experience, it was a very accommodating and professional service. The consultation was clear and reasonable and the chir was very comfortable. The service including the shampoo, conditioning, head massage, neck massage and shoulder massage plus scalp cleansing was brilliant. A lovely pamper that I willd eifnitely go back for. Located inside Salon Lane, I visited this head spa on a Sunday afternoon. The room was initimate but, it had all the essentials: diffuser, hair dryer, product display and the block out curtains made it a relaxing environment. I tried the Amaterasu treatment and I quite enjoyed it. The therapist Laura had a very good technique for massages and was friendly. There was though a slight hiccup with the consultation forms and that the shower head wasn't working completely. A few minor suggestions: 1. To offer a cushion to support under the knees when the chair is straight - as the treatment went for a long time. 2. Have a fan that can adjust the blades more easily - as it got a little hot inside during the treatment 3. An armrest for the chair 4. A spot to put down the cup of tea that was offered 5. A basket to place any bags or personal accessories Overall it was a great experience and I'll recommend you to visit in the afternoons (as it's more quiet) and complete any consultation forms online, prior to your arrival. This will save a bit of time.

My partner brought me there for a 120 mins session. I got the session with Hana. She was very professional with fantastic skills. She gave me detailed self care too. Can't recommend Hana better.

Such a relaxing experience! I went with the Tokyo Headspa Experience and loved every minute of it. My therapist, Haruna, was amazing, always checking in to make sure the pressure of the massage was just right for me.
